Shipments during the COVID-19 Restrictions

Although there has been a great decrease in our usually busy order season (boating is VERY seasonal), we are grateful for the orders from our log term customers. So we can still afford to eat!

Hawaii has a VERY LOW incidence of COVID-19 due to stringent precautions and early shutting down of most incoming flights from Asia, Europe and the US mainland. During June (as I transition to moving my part of the business to the Marshall Islands), any shipments from Majuro by USPS will be coming from a location COMPLETLY FREE of the virus due to remote location, and their own early lockdown and ban on incoming passenger flights.

Use of a mask and  alcohol swabs is routine during packing our mail-order boxes at my home-based office. The Post Office counter clerks work behind plastic shields and also wear face masks.
